Life on the campus


INSA also offers its students, accommodation facilities, restaurant, library, welfare service, and support system.



The reception and information service (Loge), situated at the entrance to INSA, is open day and night.

The Loge is responsable for in-coming and out-going mail. The mail addressed to students in Residence 1 at INSA is delivered every day except Saturday and Sunday and during the holidays when it may be collected from the Loge.


The central INSA library or BIB'INSA :



 The Insa library is open from Monday to Friday from 9.30 – 19.30. Bib’INSA offers a reading room, a news room where recent articles and magazines are available, 4 rooms for group work, an audiovisual room and a self-service photocopier.


The welfare officer at INSA  :

She will help you with administrative problems such as applications for aid (grants, ALS & APL housing benefits…) and with any personal problems you may have.


Accommodation :


The restaurant and cafeteria :  

The restaurant is open from 11.30 to 13.15 from Monday to Friday. The full meal consists of a starter, a hot course, a dessert or cheese and costs around 3 €.

The cafeteria is open from 8.00 to 10.45 for breakfast, from 11.30 to 13.30 for lunch, from 13.30 to 14.30 for snack and coffee and  from 18.30 to 19.45 for diner.

You will find a variety of snacks and desserts at attractive prices.


Physical and sports activities :



Sport (2 hours a week) is compulsory at INSA.

The facilities available include :

  • a gymnasium
  • a dance room
  • a weight training room in one of the residences
  • two tennis courts
  • a rugby and football pitch.



Student life at INSA :  

As most students live on campus, they can easily take part in the activities of the various sports, cultural and leisure clubs and associations.
