Congratulations! You have been accepted as an Exchange/Double Degree student!

 

COMPULSORY WELCOME SESSION:

The DRI organizes every year at INSA Toulouse a welcome session for Exchange and DD students:

  • For Autumn Semester:

Location: Amphi Fourier

Schedule: on Monday, September 4th, 2017 at 2:00pm 

  • For Spring Semester:

Location: Salle des Thèses

Schedule: on Thursday, January 13th, 2018 (to be confirmed)

 

It is COMPULSORY for foreign students (except for internships and students joining 5th year) to attend this session.

 

You will be asked to give the International Relations Office the following documents to be enrolled at INSA Toulouse. Please prepare them before leaving your country. Without them, the enrollment shall be systematically refused.

1 copy of your student card + 1 status certificate (showing that you are an exchange student or a double degree student at INSA Toulouse)

1 copy of your international Health Insurance (translated in French, English or Spanish), mentionning a specific period that will depend on your arrival:

-   In July or August: must be valid until September 1

-   In September: must be valid until the 1st day of the next month following your arrival

Ex: You arrive on January 9 > Insurance valid until February 1.
