Analog electronic system architecture

Objectives

At the end of this module, the student will have understood and be able to explain (main concepts) :
· Design of analog signal processing functions (filtering, amplification, automatic gain control, voltage controlled oscillators, modulators / demodulators AM and FM;
· Optimize the signal-to-noise ratio in each sub-assembly of an embedded system
· Modelling robust architectures with operational constraints (power-consumption, temperature
dissipation), thermal variations of the environment and dispersion of component values

Form of assessment

The evaluation of outcome prior learning is made as a continuous training during the semester. According ot the teaching, the assessment will be different: as a written exam, an oral exam, a record, a written report, peers review...
