Objectives

At the end of this module, the student will have understood and be able to explain :
- Rational management of a project,
- Main concepts and tools for "quality",
- Obligations related to security and environment during a project.
The student will be able to :
Conduct projects alone or in groups.
Manage the set-up and supervision of a project.
Plan actions and anticipate those of others.
Regulate actions during the project.
Make appropriate choices depending on the balance of power.
Communicate in order to act.
Distribute the roles according to individual skills.
Adapt actions to constraints, to adversity.

Form of assessment

The evaluation of outcome prior learning is made as a continuous training during the semester. According ot the teaching, the assessment will be different: as a written exam, an oral exam, a record, a written report, peers review...
