  • Message Oriented Middleware (MOM)
  • Web services (SOAP, REST)
  • Business process execution language (BPEL)
  • Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and composite application building

Objectives

At the end of this module, the student will have understood and be able to explain (main concepts):

-       Software project lifecycle

-       The challenges of software development

-       Project management methods, including agile method

-       Middlewares

-       Service oriented architectures

 

 

The student will be able to:

-       Control the conduct of a software development project with a team by following the agile method

-       Perform requirement analysis: expression, analysis and transformation into technical requirements

-       Control of the quality assurance activities and the conduct of tests for validation and verification

-       Design and develop a service oriented architecture

-       Implement Web services SOAP and Rest

Develop a service composition (orchestration) via BPEL

Needed prerequisite

Programmation JAVA, Conception Orientée Objets (UML 2. 0),
Programmation réseau (TCP/IP)

Form of assessment

The evaluation of outcome prior learning is made as a continuous training during the semester. According ot the teaching, the assessment will be different: as a written exam, an oral exam, a record, a written report, peers review...
