Student exchanges take place within the framework of the ERASMUS programme (Section 1), of Bilateral Agreements (Section 2) signed directly with universities situated outside the European Economic Area, and of Networks (Section 3).
1 - Erasmus Agreements

3- Agreements Through Networks
Québec Through Crepuq
Exchanges with QUEBEC are either through direct agreemnts (see list in section 2) and also through CREPUQ (Conférence des Recteurs et Principaux d'Universités du Québec).
Excellence Network GE4
The GE4 network is sub-divided into three programs:
- AE3 for United States of America (American European Exchange in Engineering), download AE3 information letter
- LAE3 for Latin America (Latin American European Exchange in Engineering) download LAE3 information letter
- ASE3 for ASIA (Asean European Exchange in Engineering) download ASE3 information letter.
N+I Network
The N+I program gives an opportunity to Master-level foreign students to get the French Engineering diploma of INSA Toulouse in 2 years.
