Enrolment in 1^st year of PhD between 1^st june and 31^th October 2022

1. Registration at the Doctoral School
   The PhD registration is entirely dematerialized and done on ADUM, to do so, please, consult the University of Toulouse's website.
   
   
2. CVEC payment
   It is imperative that you pay the CVEC once the Doctoral School has accepted your file.
   
   Important if you are registering for an international thesis cotutelle :
   
   • If the cotutelle agreement stipulates that you have to pay the registration fees at the partner university for the academic year 2022-2023, you do not have to pay the CVEC.
   • If the cotutelle agreement stipulates that you have to pay the registration fees at INSA Toulouse for the academic year 2022-2023, you must pay the CVEC and provide a certificate of payment.
     
     
3. Registration at INSA Toulouse
   Once the Doctoral School has approved your registration, you will receive an email (but not before early July) to register in Coriandre (training software). Please, note that some information will already be completed, you will have to check them and complete the missing ones.

   
   Once you have completed these formalities, and the administration has checked the supporting documents, you will receive an email asking you to pay the tuition fees on Coriandre.

   As soon as the payment has been done, you will be able to download your school certificate on Coriandre.
   
   4. How to get your student card ?
   Your student card will be available at the school office (building 20, entrance on the lawn side, in front the AIME building), only by appointment.
   
   

List of requested documents :

• ID card (both sides) or Passport
• Proof of funding (employment contract, certificate of scholarship ...) for the 3 years of your PhD.
• Master degree or Engineering degree
• CVEC certificate
• Liability insurance certificate (individual insurance covering material damage and personal injury for the whole 2022/2023)
• For all international students, an extract of the original birth certificate + a translated version (if 1st registration at INSA Toulouse only)
• 1 ID picture for the student card: between 1Mo and 2Mo (1600 x 1200 dots maximum), portrait of the face to the shoulders, on a neutral and bright background (NO dark or badly framed pictures), JPG format

 Registration for PhD (2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th year and up) between 6^th July and 31^th October 2022

Warning :

• If your thesis defense is before 1^st January 2022, you don't have to register,
• If your thesis defense takes place from the 1^st of January 2022, you have to register and pay the CVEC and the tuitition fees. If the date of the defense is scheduled between the 36^th and 39^th month of the thesis, you can ask the Direction de la Recherche (dir-recherche @ insa-toulouse.fr) for a registration fees exoneration.

   As soon as the payment has been done, you will be able to download your school certificate on Coriandre.
   
   
4. 4. How to get your 2022/2023 sticker ?
   Upon presentation of your 2022-2023 school certificate at the INSA welcome desk.

Thesis defence

You are a PhD student and you have to defend your thesis, please consult :

Thesis submission

After the defense, the PhD student must follow the submission procedure.
