The European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers has been developed in 2005 by the European Commission in order to attract the best researchers in the European Higher Education Area by giving them greater visibility on the practices in Europe. The recruitment and researchers career development, is a large part of the HR policy led by INSA.
As part of the European Commission's HRS4R labeling process, INSA is developing an action plan based on a self-analysis of its strenghts and weaknesses in the areas concerned.
