The procedure to join directly in the 4th year is specific to each INSA.

At INSA Toulouse, recruitment is open to:
• Holders of an L3 bachelor’s degree validated exclusively in France (excluding professional bachelor’s degrees); applies to students in the process of obtaining such a degree during the 2022–2023 academic year
• Holders of an M1 master’s degree (one year of a master’s program validated) or recognized equivalent (validated in France or abroad); applies to students in the process of obtaining such a degree during the 2022–2023 academic year

Applications are submitted online on the INSA Toulouse application portal, open from January 23 to March 23, 2023

• The application file must include grades and assessments obtained during the candidate’s studies.
