An apprenticeship is a partnership between a company, an apprentice and a school.

At INSA Toulouse, the apprenticeship agreement is a real employment contract that brings together the apprentice, the company and our administrative and financial partner MidiSup. Students can participate from their 3rd year of study.

 

What does an apprenticeship involve?

Skills are thus jointly acquired by working at the company and training at INSA Toulouse over a 3-year period, spending ⅓ of the time at INSA and ⅔ at the company. The study–work balance is variable, with periods spent at the company gradually increasing by the end of the training.
