ENROLLING IN THE 1ST YEAR OF A PHD

Students must enroll between June 1 and October 31, 2023.

Enrollment procedure
Once the doctoral school has accepted your application, you will be asked to pay the Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC); only then will you be able to enroll at INSA Toulouse.

RE-ENROLLING FOR A PHD

Students must re-enroll between July 6 and October 31, 2023.

Re-enrollment procedure

You must renew your enrollment with the doctoral school (exclusively online on the ADUM platform — please refer to the University of Toulouse website for more information) and pay the CVEC*; only then will you be able to re-enroll at INSA Toulouse.

*If your thesis defense takes place before January 1, 2024, you do not have to re-enroll.

If your defense takes place after January 1, 2024, you must re-enroll and pay the CVEC and corresponding tuition fees. If your defense date is scheduled between the 36th and 39th month of your thesis, you may ask the Research Department for a waiver of registration fees.
