International

policies

International relations are central to the development strategy of INSA Toulouse, leading the institution’s internationalization through long-term, in-depth support for academic, scientific and industrial partnerships. They are rooted in the quest for an education-research-innovation equilibrium that shapes INSA’s cooperative strategy and fosters student and staff mobility.

A team of 30 professionals implements our international policy on a daily basis

You’ll receive support and guidance from IR correspondents of the different pre-specializations and departments, coordinators of international training programs (ASINSA, IBERINSA, NORGINSA, ENGINSA, n+i, etc.), staff from the International Relations Department, task officers, and coordinators of Masters programs.

Where can I get help for finding accommodation and settling in Toulouse?

To simplify the process of arriving and settling in Toulouse and its surroundings, the Federal University of Toulouse has created a dedicated website providing practical information on accommodation (private and shared), the city of Toulouse and the Toulousian region, and more. Once you’ve arrived in Toulouse, consider visiting the Welcome Desk, where you can book appointments with the OFII or CAF, for example.

To find out more, please visit the Welcome Desk website.

If you’re looking for comprehensive and customized support, you can use the Toul’Box system, which offers service packages tailored to your situation and needs (for a fee). Assistance services can include accommodation booking, opening of a bank account, obtaining a transportation card, etc.

INSA Toulouse does not manage its own accommodation but rooms and studios operated by Promologis are available on campus.
The International Relations Department works alongside CROUS to provide university rooms for international students.

Please note that this represents only a limited number of accommodations; we cannot guarantee access to accommodation in CROUS residences.

The search for accommodation therefore falls on the international student. The International Relations Department will directly contact students eligible for CROUS accommodation (subject to availability).
